Unlocking each individual’s quiddity and dialling down the noise of unrealistic expectations is at the core of her work. Alison is unwavering in her belief that people need to have the space to embrace their uniqueness and have the confidence to speak their truth. Alison never misses an opportunity to be in the kitchen cooking for friends and family with a glass of bubbly in hand. She loves music, reads multiple books simultaneously and works out regularly.

With extensive years of corporate experience in leadership and directorship roles in the areas of Strategy, Supply Chain, Quality, and LEAN Manufacturing, Wayne is well-versed in his field of executive coaching. Wayne's firm belief that “no one is broken” and all can live to their full potential is evident through his clients attesting to the effectiveness of his coaching style, and its transformational results. As a devoted husband and loving father, Wayne believes in maintaining a balance across his life's spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical aspects. Susan cares deeply about facilitating insight and seeing the growth and development of people. Susan is a passionate tennis player, a devoted mom and a lover of adventures in the outdoors.

Lee-Anne loves her family and in her spare time she enjoys baking, gardening and watching movies.

Lesley brings her deep expertise and her heart to her clients, projects, workshops and events. She has extensive experience as an Executive Personal Assistant managing busy offices, coordinating events and managing teams. She draws on a wealth of experience in the property industry and is passionate about helping individuals, teams and organisations achieve their goals. Lesley has a can-do attitude to all things in life and her great sense of humour makes her a lot of fun to work with. In her personal life, Lesley is a dedicated Zumba Instructor - while the music is playing, Lesley will always be dancing!
