The programme was excellent, insightful, and I was always excited when attending the course. It is relevant to the current time. I enjoyed the passion possessed by facilitator's, the participation - sharing of different views and ideas, the mindset shift as well as how to apply Lean Thinking.

I have learned more about myself, the programme enables you to reflect on personal and work-related aspects, and I was provided with tools to practice what we were taught.
