Standard Bank's IT Service Management Conference: A journey of collaboration and purpose
The Conference was more than an event, it was a journey to reconnect employees with Purpose and Value of ITSM, while fostering a sense of collaboration, communication, feedback, learning, sharing, appreciation and fun.
The Themes
The 5 day conference was built around the following themes:
Day 1: Connecting to PURPOSE and APPRECIATION for the value of ITSM within the Bank
Day 2: Exploring how Whole Brain Thinking, Insights and Ontology can impact our INFLUENCE
Day 3 & 4: Sharing information, practices and standards to UNDERSTAND and COLLABORATE as iTSM
Day 5: CONSOLIDATING learning, integrating insights and providing FEEDBACK to co-create and own solutions for the future.
The Tools
To design and facilitate a meaningful large group process that met the objectives and delivered a memorable experience, we used a range of methods and tools. These included Energizers & Activities, Digital engagement tools, Live demos, Deep dives, Small group conversations, Panel Interviews, Quizzes, Prizes, Show and Tell showcases, Masterclasses and Keynote speakers.

An overwhelming 93% of the delegates found the conference valuable and worthwhile.
